On our transmission test stands, the various drive conditions, such as forward- and reverse gear, uphill and downhill, as well as curve driving, are simulated to check one of the most important quality features of a transmission: Noise.

Preciseness and ease of gear-shift and correct gear ratio are checked.

During the computer controlled test, the transmission is flushed with oil. At the end of the test, the transmission is filled with transmission oil and a screw-plug is automatically inserted.
