We
are
specialized in transfer machines, which test and perform assembly
operations on cylinder blocks and cylinder heads. Our key
capabilities are testing and assembly operations within the machining line
(pre-assemblies).
Specifically, these include
the following operations:
Leak test
Water jacket, oil galleries,
crank case cavity, air tracts, intake ports, spark-plug domes
Flow test
Complex oil galleries are
flow tested for proper cross sections
Gauging
- Diameter and form error of cylinder bores, including grading into
classes
- Crankshaft
and camshaft bearing bores
- Valve seat and valve guide bores
- Counter bores for lip seal rings
- Cylinder liners
Assembly
- Cup plugs with application of sealer to the core hole
- Screw
plugs and sealing balls
- Bearing caps and bedplates with preceeding dowel assembly
- Valve seats and valve
guides with and without cold shrinking with liquid nitrogen
