The hydraulic oil functional test by the electro-hydraulic control units (switching units) is carried out in two steps that are usually split over two different stations for cycle time reasons: The flushing, venting and temperature control for the control circuit is carried out in station 1 and depending on the type of construction the pressures are also precisely determined here. The actual functional check is carried out in station 2. In order to double the output, many JW FROEHLICH test rigs operate with a double-cycle principle and are present in two instances at both stations. In most cases, the test software for EHS test rigs is provided by the customer in order to be able to ideally match the test tasks with the overall development of the assembly and test system. Alternatively JW FROEHLICH can use their own test software.
