SOLCOR is our modular measurement data acquisition system with high channel density and maximum precision – developed for the requirements of modern test stands and the special challenges of electromobility.

The compact 19″ rack system allows the integration of up to 60 measurement channels in a very small space. SOLCOR thus offers a space-saving and efficient solution with an outstanding price-performance ratio per channel.

Thanks to in-house development, SOLCOR is continuously optimized and tailored to specific customer requirements – quickly, flexibly, and practically. The result is a system that can be seamlessly integrated into existing test bench architectures and delivers precise measurement results under real-world conditions.

In conjunction with SOLVISO - our visualization and analysis software -, this creates a comprehensive overall system consisting of hardware and software. This combination creates consistent processes, increases efficiency, and offers tailor-made solutions from a single source – for reliable results and maximum performance.

Available measuring cards

LINK ECAT Communication card for external connection. Transfers data in real time via EtherCAT with a sampling rate of up to 10 kHz. Enables bidirectional data exchange between the measurement system and automation.
Sense UI Card for recording voltages and currents (standard signals). 4 channels per card, voltages up to ± 60 V, currents up to 20 mA. With integrated sensor supply – supply and measurement via a single cable.
Sense F For precise detection of frequency signals (RS422, TTL, HTTL). Ideal for torque transducers and other rotating sensor systems.
Sense R For resistance and temperature measurements with sensors such as PT100 – robust, precise, and reliable.
