The functional checking of automatic transmissions is normally carried out at the end of an assembly line. The End-of-Line test is a 100% check and is almost always carried out fully automatically due to the resultant very high number of parts to be tested. In doing so, ratios are checked when switching through the gears, the parking lock is checked and noise measurements are carried out along with hydraulic function checks, e.g. the oil pressure is measured. Transmissions can be checked without the oil tray or with the oil tray already fitted. In order to combine the advantages of both procedures, JW FROEHLICH has integrated the oil tray into an extremely stiff and vibration-insulated machine base. Efficient and highly-dynamic drive and power take-off technology guarantees a reduction in the moving masses when the transmission shafts are adapted. The user-friendliness of the EOL test rigs from JW FROEHLICH is also increased through their maintenance-free spindle bearings. The machines are aligned with forward-looking technologies for applications in the field of hybrid technology and e-mobility.
