Our leak testing expertise is specifically adapted to each individual application. Functional testing simulates realistic operating conditions under which the components will perform. Fast, precise conditioning of air, test gases, and media such as coolant or lubricating oil ensures highly reproducible measurement results. Measurements and analyses are carried out using our in-house developed hardware and software, designed by our experts. When required, an NVH measurement system is integrated to perform detailed structure-borne and airborne noise analyses. 

The automation of test processes is customized to meet each customer’s specific requirements. Our solutions range from manually loaded flexible pre-series test stands to space-efficient combination test stands, which integrate leak and function testing in a single system. We also develop test stands with parallel testing stations to reduce cycle times and increase throughput. With every new customer requirement, we expand our portfolio to provide optimal solutions.
