You may also have an interest in online shopping or selling pre-owned items. Never heard of it or unsure what that might look like? No problem! During your three-year apprenticeship, you will rotate through all departments of our company. The focus of your training will be in purchasing, sales, human resources, as well as finance and controlling. You will support all company processes in real operations and will receive close guidance from our competent staff throughout your training. Since our customers are internationally represented, a 4-week stay abroad in Europe is part of your training! :-)
The goal is to prepare you in the three years for all the mentioned areas, so that you can independently plan, execute, and control the different tasks, and together we will select your specialization based on your strengths. The theoretical foundations will be taught during your entire training in block lessons at the John F. Kennedy Vocational School in Esslingen.
Your tasks will include:
- Ordering, price negotiation, and supplier selection for technical parts for our special machines
- Order processing and support in sales
- Project planning and control
- Personnel deployment, recruitment, and administration
- Business planning, controlling, and accounting within financial accounting
- Working with digital topics
- 4-week EU stay abroad
- Good secondary school diploma
